Pennsylvania Avenue Walking Tour
DC by Foot is proud to present our newest free, tip-based tour option, DC by Bus Twilight Tour. This is 3 hour fully guided tour of the major memorials of the nation's capital city. We are taking Washington DC's highest rated walking tour on the road!! Our tour guides will narrate on the bus as well as off as they walk you through each stop. This tour has been designed to complement our walking tours and allows guests to reach the less accesible sites on an affordable guided tour.
Our guides and drivers work solely for tips, so you can decide what the tour was worth once the tour has finished. However, our buses don't rely on gratuities. Therefore, each seat requires a $12 reservation fee to offset the bus cost. Compare that to our competitor's price of $50. That's nearly a $40 difference. We are that confident in our tours.
Sights you and your guide will stop at:
- US Capitol Building
- Thomas Jefferson Memorial
- Lincoln Memorial
- US Marine Corp Memorial (Iwo Jima)
- Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial
- Air Force Memorial
- Iwo Jima Memorial
Sights your guide will describe from the bus:
- Washington Monument
- Kennedy Center
- Pentagon 911 Memorial
- World War 2 Memorial
