Which London Pub Crawls Are Best?
This post compares the best pub crawls and bar tours in London. The nightlife in London is famous the world over – from pubs and clubs to bars and discos, there is always something for everyone. The best way to experience London after hours is to go along with somebody that can help introduce you to the hottest spots in town, put you in touch with other fun-seeking travelers…and give you a discount on entry costs and drinks! You may also be interested in all-access nightlife passes that include free entry to 19 different clubs and bars throughout London for as little as £10.
The tours listed in this section mostly appeal to younger visitors who are looking for a fun and wild night out in London. All of them visit both clubs and pubs, and go on well into the early hours of the next morning. You will receive 4-5 free shots at each stop with all of the tour companies listed below, as well as discounts on drinks. Group sizes can be large (sometime 200+ people!), but most guests seem to really enjoy being surrounded by lots of new people to party with and befriend.
The companies listed below tend to offer very similar experiences to their guests. Therefore, when trying to decide which pub crawl to go with, you should first choose WHERE you want to go out. There are 3 neighborhoods that the most popular pub crawl companies visit. We have listed our favorite tours in each of those neighborhoods to help you decide which one to choose:
London Party Pub Crawl is the Number 1 ranked Pub Crawl on TripAdvisor and Get Your Guide with an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars (see the reviews) and always promises an amazing night out. Though the Central London Pub Crawl (West End) is their original tour, they also offer a pub crawl of Shoreditch and Camden (listed below). Though SANDEMANS reviews on TripAdvisor include all of the tours they offer in London, their London Pub Crawl is especially popular. On Get Your Guide, the reviews are a bit less stellar, but still good (see the reviews). Visitors write that it was a great experience and fun way to make new friends. There are a handful of reviews regarding some organizational issues, however most of these were written several years ago and therefore likely outdated.
Similar in style to their Central London Pub Crawl, this company’s Shoreditch Pub Crawl is another popular alternative for young people looking for a fun night out. Shoreditch is a very trendy area with lots of interesting street art and cool converted warehouses. You will visit at least 5 different bars/clubs and get a shot at each one. For those looking for that type of experience, check out our tours listed under the Historic Pub Crawls section. TripAdvisor: 5 stars .
