Westminster Walking Tour | Royal London

Westminster tour Horse GuardIt’s astounding that this small area is home to many of London’s most iconic structures, milestones in the history of the city and testaments to the might and majesty of British royalty, military and democracy.  This is our Westminster Walking Tour.

Join Free Tours by Foot as we travel through 1000 years of British history and introduce you to characters who have governed over this island and ruled over all of Britannia. England, Great Britain, United Kingdom – we’ll explain the difference and see the sites that govern them through peace and war. Crack your best jokes to the Queen’s guards, take a photo of “Big Ben” and then learn why you aren’t actually taking a photo of Big Ben (Sorry, but you have to be a resident to see it! Really!). Wave to the Queen and who knows, maybe she’ll wave back!
