This 2.5 hour walking tour includes stops at President JFK’s grave site, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, where you will witness the time honored tradition of the Changing of Guard Ceremony, and Arlington House - the home and National Memorial of General Robert E. SPECIAL THEMED ARLINGTON TOURS:
Martin Luther King, Jr Holiday Weekend: On Jan. 19 2015, our 10am Arlington National Cemetery tour will be a special Civil Rights themed tour, including the gravesites of Medgar Evers and Thurgood Marshall.
President’s Day Weekend: On Feb. 16 2015, our 10am tour focuses on Presidential trivia and the gravesites of Presidents John F. Kennedy and William Howard Taft, the only presidents buried here.
Where: Tour meets at the entry gate of the pedestrian entrance on the Northern side outside of the Visitor Center. Use our Google map for directions to and from the tour. Look for your guide in orange with the DC by Foot logo!
Duration: Approx. 2.5 hours and 1.5 miles. Includes uphill walking.
